Topsham Public Library celebrates National Poetry Month with its Sixth Annual Poetry Festival

April is National Poetry Month and once again, Topsham Public Library will be hosting its annual Poetry Festival on Wednesday, April 5th at 6:00PM. This year, we will welcome local bookseller and poet, CREA Poet Laureate and recent winner of the Constance H. Carlson Public Humanities Prize, Gary Lawless, Maine poet and novelist, Anne Britting Olsen, former obituarist and apocalyptic horror poet, Morgan Sylvia and children’s novelist and poet, Andrew Scott Turner.

This program is open to all! We welcome everyone, especially those who have not been to a poetry reading before – come and try it out! Refreshments will be served.
