  • 1 p.m. – Student Workshops
  • 2:30 – Projects Dismantled
  • 3:00 Awards Presentation

 

WHAT:                      

The Maine State Science Fair (MSSF) is an exciting opportunity for Maine high school students to demonstrate their original science research and engineering projects.  This year, 200 students from 25 Maine schools are registered to compete for state titles, along with scholarships totaling up to $840K from The University of Maine, College of the Atlantic, and the University of Southern Maine.

Winners from MSSF will represent the state at the prestigious Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in Los Angeles. 

The MSSF is organized by The Jackson Laboratory and the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance.
